The Full Program is built to develop complete athletes. Players will become stronger, faster, and more skilled. Training sessions are This program builds a tighter bond between teammates and creates a winning mentality together that represents the North Soccer Program.

Weight Room Only

Tue, thur, fri 

Designed specifically for soccer athletes, these sessions focus on building real strength, speed, and explosive power that translates directly to the field. With consistent progression and a competitive training environment, players will be less likely to become injured and gain the confidence that comes from being physically prepared.

Technical Training Only

Mon & Wed

These sessions are all about sharper touches, quicker decision-making, and real game impact. Players get tons of reps on the ball. Focused on dribbling, first touch, passing, finishing, combined with speed work and movement patterns used in matches. The training is competitive, intense, and designed to build confidence in every situation on the field.
